I became a Reiki Practitioner and multifaceted Coach after overcoming a series of personal challenges, including five car accidents, a fall, and several other life struggles. These experiences pushed me to transform my body, mind, habits, and energy in order to reclaim my health and improve my quality of life. For over 20 years, I battled chronic pain and health issues that nearly took my life. But through the tools I’ve learned, I’ve been able to align my life in a way that allows me to thrive and live abundantly. I lost over 80 pounds, achieved significant health and wellness goals, and embraced natural, holistic healing. Now, I’m passionate about helping others do the same—empowering them to invite healing into every aspect of their lives. I make the healing process enjoyable and accessible. These keychains are made with silicone beads that are decorative, soft, comfortable and feel natural along your wrist. I wear my keychain bracelet and I never forget or lose my keys. There are currently over 100 styles in stock!
Chi Bricks

I custom design Chi Bricks. They are a unique door stopper that allows in good energy and blocks negative energy. These can be given as a house blessing. Padded for protection and design. Never have to worry about getting hurt moving it with your foot. Fabrics, colors and designs may vary.

All homemade handcrafted artisan soaps. Made from all natural ingredients, such as; goat milk soap, oatmeal soap, clear soap, essential oils, Mica coloring, dried flowers, loofah or other exfoliating additions. Each one smells good enough to eat!

How I got started on my Reiki journey
I will always be deeply grateful to my Aunt, a Reiki Master and Minister in New York, who introduced me to Reiki before she passed away from cancer. Before she left, she gifted me a Reiki course, which marked the beginning of my transformative journey in 2020. The experience I had with Reiki from that very first course was nothing short of life-changing. It was a peaceful, healing, and deeply relaxing experience that left me with a profound sense of calm, unlike anything I had ever felt before. I knew instantly that Reiki was something I wanted to embrace as a way of life.
Since then, I have continued to use Reiki—not only for myself but also for others, whether working with women, men, or animals. Reiki is always a healing and enlightening experience, and its power is just as profound in person as it is virtually. I feel incredibly grateful to be a willing vessel for this abundant energy. The peace Reiki brings me is akin to floating in the ocean on a perfect day—safe, secure, protected, guided, and at ease.
Words like "thankful" don't fully capture how I feel about Reiki. But each day, I greet the world with a heart full of gratitude, ready to integrate Reiki and its principles into everything I do.
