1. What is Reiki and how does it work?

Reiki is a gentle energy-based wellness practice that supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance. During a session, I work with your energetic system to help calm the nervous system, release stress, and support emotional and physical well-being.

Many clients experience deep relaxation, clarity, and a sense of grounded calm during or after their session.

2. What does a Reiki session feel like?

Every experience is different. Most people feel deeply relaxed during a session. Some clients notice warmth, tingling, emotional release, or a sense of calm and clarity. Others simply feel peaceful and rested.

Your body receives exactly what it needs during the session.

3. Do I have to believe in energy healing for it to work?

No. Reiki works whether someone approaches it from a spiritual perspective or simply as a relaxation and stress-support practice.

Many clients view sessions primarily as a way to help regulate their nervous system and reconnect with themselves.

4. What kinds of issues do people come to you for?

Clients often seek sessions for support with:
