The Quick free Clarity Call is a 5-minutes introduction that can help determine the best session if you are needing guidance. 

If you are new to energy healing, or simply need a quick nervous system reset, the Mini Reiki Reset is a great place to start. This shorter session helps calm the body, settle the mind, and gently restore energetic balance.

If you are looking for a deeper experience, the Full Reiki Session allows for more time for the full body energetic regulation and nervous system support, allowing your body and nervous system to settle, restore balance, and gently release stored stress.

If you are feeling emotionally overwhelmed, processing something deeper, or seeking more spacious healing time, the Extended Reiki Session offers deeper nervous system regulation and energetic integration.

If you are looking for insight, direction, or support navigating life decisions, Intuitive Coaching sessions combine grounded strategy with intuitive guidance to help you gain clarity and move forward with confidence.

Sessions are available in person or virtually, depending on location and availability.

Session enhancements such as Crystal Amplification, Tuning Fork Alignment, Angelic Support, or Integration Voice Notes can deepen your experience and support continued integration after your session.

Remote Reiki Transmission: Energy is sent at a scheduled time while you relax on your own. Optional meditation audio. 

Distance Reiki Session: A live guided session where we connect remotely while Reiki is shared. 

Please also see animal Reiki for your furry loved ones and treasured pets.
